These terms apply to use of the Novarra AI public website. Paid advisory work is governed separately by an agreed proposal, statement of work or other written engagement document.

Website boundaries
An enquiry is not an engagement.
Public material is designed to explain Novarra AI's approach and capabilities without replacing transaction-specific scope, evidence or professional judgment.
- Website content is general information. It is not investment, legal, regulatory, tax or other professional advice.
- Using the website, reading an insight or sending an enquiry does not create an advisory engagement, fiduciary relationship, professional-client relationship or duty of reliance.
- Technology diligence, assurance and readiness work reduce uncertainty but do not guarantee correctness, security, compliance, investment performance or the absence of future incidents.

Each paid engagement requires agreed scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, access, commercial terms, reliance and liability provisions before delivery begins. Any governing-law or dispute provisions are set in the applicable engagement document.
