Publication & evidence standards
Evidence should be traceable, useful and honest about its limits.
Our publication controls help distinguish illustrative work product from client evidence, and automated validation from human approval.
Important distinction
Illustrative Advisory Work Product. Fictional. Not client work, not a real company or transaction, and not advice.
Representative documents show an analytical approach. They do not establish that a real mandate, client transaction or realised business outcome occurred. No independent publication-review approval is asserted for the public samples. Named approval, date and version will be added only after recorded sign-off.
01
Classify evidence
Separate verified facts, reported claims, analytical inference and unresolved questions. Synthetic scenarios are clearly distinguished from real client engagements.
02
Trace every claim
Map material claims to source records and state limitations. A source ID by itself is not independent validation.
03
Obtain human approval
Published samples must receive human review for accuracy, completeness, permissions and publication readiness before being described as approved. Current independent review status: Not yet independently reviewed.
04
Control changes
We keep version records of published samples and review them before significant changes. No public integrity-hash verification is currently offered.
05
Protect confidentiality
Do not identify clients, reproduce confidential material or imply client outcomes without appropriate authorization.
06
Preserve decision ownership
Investors, boards and management retain responsibility for investment and operational decisions.
Review before reliance
Every actual engagement requires a specific scope, appropriate source evidence and agreed handling requirements. Technical QA is not a substitute for legal or publication approval.
